After days of teasing its upcoming smartphone under its new sub brand POCO, Xiaomi on Wednesday finally launched the much anticipated and the worlds first smartphone which comes with the lowest price with all the high-end flagship specification the POCO F1. Earlier I was thinking that the phone would come with a lower price tag, but it would cost this cheap I had never thought of this. Yes, the new POCO F1 6GB RAM/64GB storage variant has been priced at just $300 around (Rs. 20,999 INR) only, which beats other smartphones with big punch. The POCO F1 not only beats other smartphone with its price but also beats them on the specs it has to offer at this price point.

At a starting 20K price tag in India, the POCO F1 becomes the worlds cheapest flagship smartphone which include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with LiquidCool Technology, a 6.18-inch display, 12MP/5MP dual rear camera setup, and more.

At some point the POCO F1 even stands out against other flagship devices such as the OnePlus 6 and Samsung Galaxy S9 with its ‘LiquidCool‘ technology used on the POCO F1 that aims to keep the device’s thermals under control. While, at some other point the POCO F1 seems disappointing with its Plastic back cover, which might be a bad thing for such a great device.
Above all, I think price of the POCO F1 is going to be the main selling point for the device in India. Moreover, The POCO F1 comes with dual-SIM support and runs MIUI 9.6 based Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. The phone is also expected to be receiving the MIUI 10 flowing the Android P update soon.

Xiaomi Poco F1 Availability in India
The POCO F1 smartphone will be available for purchase in India via Flipkart and Mi.com starting August 29 in Rosso Red, Steel Blue and Graphite Black colour options.
Moreover, the global official pricing and availability will be announced on August 27, however, its is expected that the global variant of the phone may cost around at €399 for the 6GB/64GB model and €439 for the 6GB/128GB variant.
The plastic back cover could be the only reason of disappointments for many of the Mi fans. But I think there shouldn’t be any problem with that either when you are getting all the flagship specs on such great cheapest price.
