The next year 2019 seems to be a year of the megapixel war. According to a leaked image shared by a reliable source on Twitter TechNavvi, three major smartphone manufacturers including the Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo will launch their next devices which include the Xiaomi Mi 9, Oppo R18 and Vivo X will come equipped with 48 megapixel rear cameras.

According to the image, Xiaomi Mi 9 will be released in the first half of 2019 next year and the device will features triple rear camera setup including the one with the 48-megapixel sensor. The image further reveals that the Oppo R18 and the Vivo X will be launched in the second quarter of 2019.

The image also reveals that the Huawei P30 Pro will also come to 40MP+16MP+8MP cameras. The image reveals that the Huawei P30 Pro will be launched in the first half of 2019.

According to another report, the Xiaomi Mi 9 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 processor, 48-megapixel main Sony IMX586 sensor. The device will come with up to 8GB RAM, and there will be another emperor version which will be equipped with 10GB of RAM.

All three devices are also expected to feature an under-display fingerprint reader like the recently launched Lenovo Z5 Pro, OnePlus 6T and Vivo X23 and Vivo V11 Pro.
