After several leaks and rumours Samsung finally launched W2017 Android Flip Phone in China with Dual Full-HD Displays. Since Samsung had launched the W2016 back in last year the new W2017 smartphone appeared many times on several leaks and rumours on the internet.The smartphone can now be seen listed on the company’s website, Lets have a quick look on the features and specs of Samsung’s W2017 smartphone.

Features and Specs
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and features two 4.2-inch Super AMOLED displays with a full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) screen resolution. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC (two cores clocked at 2.1GHz, and two cores clocked 1.6GHz) coupled with 4GB of RAM.

The Camera
The W2017 smartphone comes with a 12-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.7 aperture and flash, The camera also support 4K video recording, it has a 5-megapixel front shooter with an f/1.9 aperture.

The hybrid dual-SIM configuration Samsung W2017 comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).

Connectivity Options
For the connectivity, its include 4G LTE (with no support for Indian LTE bands), Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a Micro-USB port that also operates as a headphone jack. It packs a 2300mAh battery with support for fast wireless charging and its said to provide standby time of up to 64 hours.

The Samsung W2017 measures 127.8×61.4×15.8mm and weighs 208 grams. It comes with an ‘always-on’ display. Sensors on the smartphone include a heart rate sensor, accelerometer, barometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and magnetometer.

The Pricing
No confirmation has been made regarding its pricing from the company as of now and we might not see the smartphone coming out side china anytime soon.
