Did you download the latest Borderlands 3 hotfix update?. On Thursday, January 9 Borderlands 3 received a new hotfix patch update on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The latest update notably addresses a number of issues which Borderlands 3 players had reported through the forum. One of the issues was related to FL4K’s Furious Attack.
The patch notes say that it addresses the issue where FL4K’s Furious Attack where it was sometimes not applying bonuses to pet damage as expected.
The latest Borderlands 3 hotfix update further fixes an issue where the Rakkcelerate was sometimes not applying the cooldown modifier as stated on the skill’s description. You can find all the reported issues addressed in the latest patch update below.

In addition, the hotfix update also brings optimizations to matchmaking and have temporarily lowered the health on Anointed Enforcer.
