Gearbox Software has announced that it will today release a new hotfix update patch notes for Borderlands 3. The latest hotfix update for Borderlands 3 will be live on all platforms including PC, PS4, and Xbox One by 12:00 PM PST. According to the latest hotfix update patch notes, it changes Rare Spawns in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock campaign add-on. The hotfix also addresses a reported concern about world drops in Mayhem Mode.
Notably, the latest Borderlands 3 hotfix update also ends The Loot the Universe mini-event on May 21 at 9:00 AM PT!. - Changed Rare Spawns in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles campaign add-on to always spawn
- Addressed a reported concern that certain dedicated weapon drops for Wotan were not dropping
During The Borderlands Show on May 21, Gearbox Software also announced the two major content updates coming to the game including the Guardian Takedown that will be available as a free addition to the base game on June 4. And the next Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption paid DLC that will out on June 25.
The upcoming DLC features a harsh desert planet of Gehenna and The Devil Riders, a vicious gang of bandits mounted atop fearsome beasts. You will also see two new faces, Juno and Rose, in your journey on the Gehenna. There is also a new weaponized Jetbeast vehicle that you will get to play in the upcoming DLC.
