PlayStation 5 (PS5) Hardware and Design Unveiled Along with the Games Coming to the PS5

Sony, during its PS5 digital event earlier today finally unveiled its next-gen and futuristic PlayStation 5 console revealing its hardware and design. Sony at PS5 launch event unveiled two models of its next-gen console, a Standard edition PS5 version that will be available with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive and a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition that will ship without a disc drive. While Sonny says that there will be no difference in the gameplay experience between both the versions. However, there are some slight differences in the look of each model.

Both the two models of the PlayStation 5 comes with a white and black color combination matching it with the color scheme of the Dual Sense Wireless Controller. Sony also announced the following new PS5 accessories to enhance the player’s gaming experience.

  • PULSE 3D wireless headset – offering 3D audio support and dual noise-canceling microphones;
  • HD Camera – featuring dual 1080p lenses for gamers to broadcast themselves along with their epic gameplay moments;
  • Media Remote – a remote control with built-in microphone to navigate movies and streaming services with ease; and
  • DualSense Charging Station – for convenient charging of two DualSense™ Wireless Controllers.

Further, Sony also took the chance to reveal 9 of its first PlayStation Studio Games and second-party partners coming to the PS5 including the following
