The action RPG game Gotham Knights announced in August last year will no longer be released in 2021. The developers recently confirmed the delay of the DC game to the next year, 2022.
Last August, Warner Bros. announced Gotham Knights, a new DC video game in the Batman universe. Actually, the action RPG, in which the Dark Knight has already died and his former proteges take center stage, should be published in 2021. Now the responsible developers from Warner Bros. Games Montreal confirmed, however, that their project would have to be delayed to the coming year.
A few minutes ago, the developers contacted the waiting fans via the game’s official Twitter account and announced in a brief statement that they would need more time to complete the project. The additional months should be used to create the best possible experience for players.
Afterward, the creators would like to thank the fans for their support and promise to present the game in the next few months. Gotham Knights will be released worldwide in 2022.
