Developer Turtle Rock Studios have released a new trailer for Back 4 Blood introducing the game’s unique Card System. The unique card system is a way to allow Back 4 Blood players to unlock gameplay bonuses and skins in the game.
However, if you are wondering that if you would be able to purchase the card individually then no. Cards will not be available for purchase via any in-game storefront or first-party storefront as Turtle Rock Studios clearly states this official announcement.

Back 4 Blood will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on October 12.
