- The first thing you can do to fix the above-mentioned error on your PC is shut down your PC and then restart it again.
- Now, as your PC boots up, start pressing the F1, F2, or Delete key emmidiately on your keyboard to enter the BIOS setup.
- Now, from the BIOS you need to look for the option HyperThread (SMT) and Disable it. Based on different motherboards from Different brands, the BIOS interface may differ.
But, normally, the HyperThread option is found under the Advanced CPU configuration settings or under the Performance section of your BIOS. So look for the HyperThread (SMT) in your BIOS and disable it. Now, press F10 to save changes and exit.
If you have the AMD Ryzen Processor and have Ryzen Master software installed on your PC then open it and under the Additional Control option turn off the option ”Simultaneous Multithreading”
