Now, the company is bringing the classic to consoles and PCs in an anniversary collection. Contra: Anniversary Collection will feature a variety of classic games from the series and a digital Bonus Book that will feature tons of concept art and official chronologies of the series.
As a part of the Konami’s Anniversary Collection, this edition will include ten classic Contra games. The Contra Anniversary Collection will release for Nintendo Switch on June 11, 2019.
The game will be compatible with other consoles, such as the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as well as Steam. The package also contains 74 pages of new content, including interviews with development staff as well as sketches and design documents. This is a great way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company’s classic games.
