EA has officially announced the Need For Speed 2022 Game premier date. EA will reveal the new Need For Speed 2022 on Thursday, October 6, 8am PT/5pm CEST on the official Need for Speed YouTube channel. The reveal will most likely include a 90-second trailer and will include the new logo design.
The new Need for Speed game will feature new maps and a multiplayer-focused experience. However, it is unknown whether it will include street racing or conflict with the police. In any case, fans can expect to see animated elements such as fire erupting from the car when you crash.
The game will be developed by Criterion, the studio that developed Burnout. The developer is expected to focus on the franchise again, with the next Need for Speed game featuring cartoon-style visuals. Originally, the game was slated for a 2021 release, but was delayed while Criterion worked on Battlefield 2042.
A trailer for the game will be released sometime between October 6 and October 7, featuring A$AP Rocky’s soundtrack. This game will launch for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X-S, and PC.
