One of the most important parts of running an online business is building your email list. It’s one of the only ways you can converse with your customers. Let’s say that you have a physical retail store. You have plenty of opportunities to talk to your clients when they are walking around your shop.
But online, you don’t have that chance. Instead, you should grow your email list and start getting more people to visit your site. Use a service like Mailchimp and you will be able to track what’s working. Again, it’s all about refining your message until it gets the very best results.
