The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters publisher Headup Games, and developer Devespresso Games also announced that the game will be available in English, Korean, French, German, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Ukrainian, Spanish, Thai, Portuguese, and Brazilian Portuguese language options.
