The Golden Scarab Talisman is the most difficult rune talisman to find in the Elden Ring. It is located in the Caelid, a bleak red wasteland east of Limgrove. It can be found in the Abandoned Cave, which is east of the Smoldering Wall and south of Deep Siofra Well. It is worth noting that you have to use a pickaxe to reach this cave.

This talisman can be obtained from a range of different enemies and has a weight of 1.2. This means that it will not add too much weight to your equip load. You will need to acquire it to fight the Cleanrot Knight bosses in the Abandoned Cave.

To get to this cave, you will need to travel south from the Deep Siofra Well Site of Grace. Once you arrive in the cave, use a lantern to illuminate the area. You will then have to kill a knight and he will drop the Golden Scarab.

The Golden Scarab can be obtained from any location in the Elden Ring. It increases the number of runes you can gather from enemies, especially in groups.
