Motorola is planning to relaunch its popular Moto 360 smartwatch in 2025, according to a report from Android Headlines. The new Moto 360, expected to arrive later this year, will bring back the classic round design that made it a favorite when it first launched in 2014.
What’s New with the Moto 360 2025
The smartwatch keeps its iconic round shape with a stainless steel-like case and a shiny bezel with markings, similar to Samsung’s “Classic” watches. It will come in five color options and includes a metal link band. The watch has a large crown button at the 2 o’clock position and a second button below it for easy controls.
It’s unclear if the Moto 360 2025 will use Google’s Wear OS, which powers many modern smartwatches, or Motorola’s own Moto Watch OS, used in their recent budget watches like the Moto Watch 120. The watch face in leaked images looks similar to Wear OS, but Motorola might use a mix of both systems for better battery life.
While specific details are still under wraps, the watch is expected to include health tracking (like heart rate and steps), notifications, and app support. It may also have improved battery life and performance compared to older models.
Availability
No official release date has been confirmed, but the name “Moto 360 2025” suggests a launch before the end of 2025. It will likely be available through major retailers like Amazon and Motorola’s website.
Pricing details are not yet available, but the 2019 version sold for around $349.99, so expect a similar or slightly higher price for a premium model.
