You can get or unlock Fortnite’s new Cuddle Hearts Wrap for free but only if you unlock it before February 22. Fortnite is currently running a promotion where Fortnite users can grab the new Cuddle Hearts Wrap for free. The promotion will end on February 22 so, if you haven’t yet tried to get this new cool set of Cuddle Hearts Wrap then you have your last chance today.
In order to get the new Fortnite Cuddle Hearts Wrap you will have to support a member of Epic games by entering the creator code under Support-a-Creator program sometime between February 8-22.

To enter a code, simply visit either the Item Shop in Battle Royale or the Loot tab in Save the World and select ‘Support a Creator.’ then select the creator code you want to support. The full list of official Creator codes can be found HERE.
Those who will complete this task will granted the Fortnite’s New Cuddle Hearts Wrap with upcoming v7.40 update.
