Microsoft has released the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18329 (19H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. The latest Windows 10 build should be available to most of the people who have already opted for the fast preview ring. However, the update won’t be available to every Windows 10 editions or languages, as mentioned on the announcement page here.
As its most interesting feature, the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18329 brings the ability to launch or run Desktop (Win32) applications (such as Spotify, Paint.NET, and Visual Studio Code) in Windows Mixed Reality.
Now, users will be able to run any Win32 apps including Excel, Word or Powerpoint in the 3D, VR mode with Windows Mixed Reality using both virtual reality headsets and the HoloLens augmented reality headset.
Additionally, the latest Windows 10 Insider Build 18329 now adds ‘Top apps in Search’ feature and ADLaM and Osage keyboard support. The Top apps in Search feature will allow users to get quick access to the apps that they use the most. Users can find the new feature by opening the Search Home and then see under Top apps.
The latest build also brings support for ADLaM and Osage keyboard scripts used to write Pular/Fulfulde and Osage language by people of West Africa and Osage Nation in Oklahoma.
