OnePlus 7 First Official Teaser Hints at Fast and Especially Smooth Experience

Finally, the upcoming OnePlus 7 gets its first official teaser today from the company’s Founder & CEO Pete Lau via his official Twitter account. Lau today shared the first teaser which appears to be nothing but only giving us the very first hint at what could be expected from the upcoming device. The Tweet includes a short teaser video which hints at Especially Smooth! user experience on the upcoming OnePlus 7 device. The teaser video also gives us the very first glimpse at the phone’s design.

The video teases the rounded corners similar to what we have seen in the recently leaked render of the OePlus 7 from OnLeaks. However, the official OnePlus teaser video didn’t reveal any specification details about the upcoming device.

Below is what Lue said in his Tweet.

Excited to share the next product from OnePlus will unleash a new era of Fast and Smooth. Especially Smooth! Smooth is more challenging than Fast – a true test of hardware and software. The new product is just beautiful – I can’t wait for you to see it!

The recently leaked renders of the upcoming OnePlus 7 has so far confirmed that the OnePlus 7 will come equipped with a pop-up selfie camera module. The phone is also expected to sport a triple rear camera setup and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone will feature a full view notch-less display this time. The render has also revealed the bottom speaker and a USB Type-C port.

On another note, reports are suggesting that OnePlus could launch two variants of its ObnePlus 7 device. The first one includes the regular OnePlus 7 variant that comes with the dual rear camera setup, waterdrop notch and the Pro variant which is reported to come with the triple rear camera setup and won’t include a notch.

OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro Launch Date

OnePlus is expected to launch the new OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14th alongside the company’s first 5G OnePlus device.
