Sega has released the first Beta Patch v1 Update for its action-adventure video game Yakuza Kiwami 2. The first iteration of the beta patch update for Yakuza Kiwami 2 brings several improvements to the game by adding enable/disable option for Depth of Field and an option to lock FPS at 30, 60, 120 and Uncapped rates in the Graphics Settings.
The latest patch for the game also brings the ability to fast skip dialogues with Right Bumper + A button / R1 + X button/ SPACE + E keys. Improvements:
- Added an option to lock FPS in Graphics Settings. (Options are 30, 60, 120 and Uncapped.)
- Added an option to enable/disable Depth of Field in Graphics Settings.
- Added more options to Anti-Aliasing in Graphic Settings.
- Added a control to fast skip dialogues with Right Bumper + A button / R1 + X button/ SPACE + E keys.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where save data descriptions can disappear.
- Fixed an issue where incorrect prompt can be displayed during combat using a keyboard and mouse.
- Fixed an issue where pressing Alt + Tab keys didn’t pause the game in Cabaret Club.
- Fixed a button/key prompt mismatch issue in Batting Center.
- Fixed minor mouse control issues in several minigames.
- Fixed minor UI bugs.
To get the patch, right click on Yakuza Kiwami 2 in your game library, and from the Properties, menu go the BETAS tab. Input the password below and select the branch name from the dropdown menu.
