ZTE Axon 10 Pro and Axon 10 Pro 5G Launched in China, Price Starts at Yuan 3199

The ZTE Axon 10 Pro and Axon 10 Pro 5G were first announced during the MWC at ZTE’s press event. Now on Monday, ZTE officially launched the two newest flagship smartphones in China with a starting price of Yuan 3199. The newly launched ZTE Axon 10 Pro and Axon 10 Pro 5G will be available in China starting today on May 7. The ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G as its main key highlights comes with 5G network support with Qualcomm’s X50 modem. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

ZTE Axon 10 Pro and Axon 10 Pro 5G Specifications

The Axon 10 Pro comes with the top-of-the-line specs including Snapdragon 855 paired with either 6GB, 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The Axon 10 Pro is also the first Snapdragon 855 phone to come with the F2FS file system that offers better storage read/write speeds than the EXT4 format. The two devices will be available in 128GB and 256GB storage options with expandable support up to 2TB via micro SD card.

Both the phone features a 6.47-inch AMOLED Full HD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution display with a waterdrop notch. In terms of specifications, both the Axon 10 Pro and 10 Pro 5G are identical to each other. The only difference you will find is the 5G support on the Axon 10 Pro 5G.

In terms of optics, the two devices feature a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 125-degree field of view, and a telephoto camera with an 8MP sensor. Up front, the phone features a 20MP selfie camera.

Some other features include NFC support, audio via the USB-C port (there’s no headphone jack), and a 4,000 mAh battery with wireless charging support. Additionally, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G also features Axon Vision Graphic Optimization Technology, in-display fingerprint sensor, and earphone HiFi.

The Axon 10 Pro Price and Availability in China

The Axon 10 Pro is priced at Yuan 3199 ($472) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version. The 8GB RAM version is Yuan 3699 ($547) and the 12GB RAM version is Yuan 4199 ($620). The phone will be sold on MyZTE.com, Tmall, and JD.com starting today on May 7.
