Oppo A9 2020 Vanilla Mint Colour Variant Launched in India with a Starting Price of Rs. 15,990

A few days back Oppo teased its Oppo A9 2020 Vanilla Mint Colour Variant to be launched in India soon. The company, however, hadn’t revealed the exact launch date for the device. Now, Oppo on Monday finally launched the Vanilla Mint Colour Variant of its Oppo A9 2020 smartphone in India. To recall, Oppo A9 2020 was launched in the country in two colours including Marine Green and Space Purple in September this year. Now, Oppos has made a new addition by launching a new Vanilla Mint Colour Variant in the country.

According to Oppo, the new Vanilla Mint colour is inspired by a “calm sunny afternoon in a bedroom overlooking the ocean.”. The new colour is said to offer a greenish-blue colour tint on the 3D gradient back design.

For the specs, the new Vanilla Mint Colour Variant comes with the same specs as the Marine Green and Space Purple variant. However, the new variant does come with a deduction in the price for both the base and top-end model.

The Oppo A9 2020 Vanilla Mint variant is priced at Rs 15,990 for the base 4GB RAM model while its top model with 8GB of RAM costs Rs 18,490. You can buy the new cour variant from the official website. However, at the time of writing the webpage was still showing the Marine Green and Space Purple colour variant only.

Oppo A9 2020 Specs

Oppo A9 2020 features a 6.5-inch display with a waterdrop-style notch and Gorilla Glass 3+ protection. It runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.1 on top. The phone is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with 4GB and 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.

The Oppo A9 2020 sports a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel monochrome lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portraits. There is also a 16-megapixel selfie camera on phone.

The new Oppo A9 2020 packs a powerful 5,000mAh battery, a USB Type-C and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
