This might not be a good news for Final Fantasy VII Remake and Marvel’s Avengers fans around the world. But seems like they won’t be able to play the Final Fantasy VII Remake until April and Marvel’s Avengers September 2020. Yes, SQUARE ENIX today announced that Final Fantasy VII Remake is now delayed to April 10 2020. In a separate announcement on Twitter. CrystalDynamics also announced that the Marvel’s Avengers is delayed and moved forward to a new release date on September 4, 2020.

Notably, Final Fantasy VII Remake was previously set for a release date on March 3, 2020. But, now the game has been officially announced to be released on April 10 2020.

SQUARE ENIX Said that this was a tough decision for them to delay the game to April. They said, that they want a few more weeks to polish the game for their fans for the best possible gaming experience.

  • In order to ensure we deliver a game that is in-line with our vision, and the quality that our fans who have been waiting for deserve, we have decided to move the release date to April 10, 2020. Said, Yoshinori Kitase, Producer of Final Fantasy VII.

Marvel’s Avengers on its note added, that in order to achieve the goal of delivering a best and ultimate Avengers game experience. They have currently decided to move the game release date forward.

The note further added that more time will be used for fine-tuning and polishing the game to the higher standards.
