Huawei today launched the Huawei P40 lite E in Europe. Notably, this is the same entry-level phone which was launched in Thailand last month as Huawei Y7p. Huawei P40 lite E is listed on Huawei’s Polish site as cheap as PLN 700 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with a limited time discount from its original PLN 1,168 price.
The Huawei P40 lite E will also be available bundled with Huawei Band 4 for free. The phone will go on its first sale starting March 12 and will be available in two colour options Aurora Blue and Black.
The phone comes with a 48MP pixel main rear camera out of three, which includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The other key highlights of the Huawei P40 lite E includes a 6.39” IPS LCD display with 720p+ resolution. The phone also features a single 8MP hole-punch selfie camera and a fingerprint reader at its back.
The phone comes powered by HUAWEI Kirin 810 octa-core SoC and Mali G51-MP4 GPU. The Huawei P40 lite E runs on EMUI 9.1 out of the box and also features 3.5mm headphone jack and Bluetooth 5.0. The phone has a 4000mAh battery. The phone, however, doesn’t come with a USB Type-C port and fast charging support.
In case you didn’t know, the new Huawei P40 lite E comes with Huawei’s’ own AppGallery instead of the Google Play Store. You can use AppGallery to download your favourite Android apps.
