On March 16, Oppo released the first batch of the latest ColorOS 7 based Android 10 trial version update for the Oppo Reno2 Z users in India. Notably, the first batch of the update was released with 2000 quotas for users who have registered for it. Now, Oppo has released the second batch of ColorOS 7 based Android 10 trial version in India with 8000 quotas. This means that the update will now be served to more 8000 users as the first-come, first-served basis.
So, now if you have already registered for the ColorOS 7 based Android 10 trial version update then you should receive the update in the next three days of your submission. But if you haven’t yet applied for the trial version update and wanted to get the update on your phone then you should be in a hurry and submit your application now by heading to your phone’s settings.

Steps to Download Reno2 Z ColorOS 7+Android 10 Trial Version
- Please make sure that you are updated to the latest official version of Reno 2Z
Eg: CPH1945PUEX_11.A.17_0170_201912271925 CPH1945PUEX_11.A.19_0190_202003050829
- Go to “Settings – Software Updates”
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner
- Tap “Trial Version”, fill in the information, select the must-know checkbox, and tap “Apply Now”
- Check the “Software Update” within 3 days > tap Download Now.
If you don’t get the update within the given time frame after submitting the application. That means that the application quota is full and you should wait for the next round.
