Today, Xiaomi finally launched MIUI 12, its latest version of the custom UI ROM to help users personalize their phones screen in a lot more and better ways. With the release of the latest MIUI 12 custom ROM Xiaomi has also introduced lots of new features including Floating Windows, Super Wallpapers, Enhanced Privacy and more that will enhance user’s experience in different ways. Notably, Xiaomi today took its official Twitter account to launch the MIUI 12 and also introduced with several MIUI 12 features including the following.
The new MIUI 12 comes with a new Mi Light Cone Animation Framework that works on Xiaomi’s new innovative physics engine. The new rendering engine also introduces a G2 continuity curve which allows the interface to fit the hardware seamlessly. This will change an icon turns into an interface.
The new MIUI 12 also features an enhanced Weather app inspired by nature. The new app display Rain, sunshine, snow, and instantaneous weather changing in a real-time manner on your screen. The new Weather app reflects all changes that happen outside. You can swipe the screen to see the weather in different cities as you see in the real world!
MIUI 12 also includes refreshed visualized UI which helps you visualize your battery consumption, storage and Wi-Fi connection in the most informative way. The new MIUI 12 also introduces new Super Wallpaper which brings Home screen, Lock screen, and Always-on display together into one united and immersive experience.
There is also a built-in universal casting tool that enables you to cast everything much more conveniently with your phone. The new MIUI 12 also introduces Ultra Battery Saver which provides 5 times longer on standby when there’s only 5% power left.

Xiaomi has announced that the first round of the MIUI 12 rollout will begin starting from June 2020 for the following devices.
Notably, in round 2, the latest MIUI 12 update will be available for the following devices. However, Xiaomi hasan’t yet revealed the rollout starting date for the below devices.
