Xiaomi Mi 10 5G Smartphone, Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, and Two More Products Launched in India

Xiaomi, the budget-oriented smartphone manufacturer today launched its four new products in India. The new line of product includes the all-new flagship Xiaomi Mi10 smartphone that comes with a whopping 108MP main camera, new Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, Mi Box 4K, and Mi 30W Wireless Charger.

The new Xiaomi Mi10 as its main highlights includes 5G support, 108MP main camera out of a quad rear camera setup with OIS. There is also a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens and a pair of 2-megapixel cameras with f/2.4 lenses. On the front, you will get a 20-megapixel camera. The camera on the phone is also said to capture videos up to 8K.

The phone comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with 8+128GB and 8+256GB LPDDR5 RAM and storage variants. The Mi 10 comes with dual-SIM (Nano) support and runs Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top.

The MI 10 5G features a 6.67-inch 3D Curved E3 AMOLED display. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch-sampling rate, and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Mi 10 packs a 4780mAh battery and also supports 3oW Wired Turbo Charging 30W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.

Xiaomi Mi 10 Price and Availability

Mi 10 in India bees been priced at Rs. 49,999 for the 128GB storage variant, while its 256GB option is priced at Rs. 54,999. Both the variants of the phone will be available in Coral Green and Twilight Grey colour options with a pre-order starting today at 2pm via Amazon and Mi.com. However, Xiaomi hasn’t revealed an exact availability date for Mi 10 sale in India yet.

Mi 10 or OnePlus 8 Pro?

Notably, the new Mi 10 in India will be competing with the OnePlus 8 Pro which launched in the country last month. If we see the price comparing the Mi 10 and OnePlus 8 Pro price. The MI 10 does come with cheaper price than the OnePlus 8 Pro.

OnePlus 8 Pro with 8+128GB start at Rs. 54,999, while the Mi 10 with 8+128GB is priced Rs. 49,999. On the other hand, Mi 10 with 8+256GB is priced at Rs. 54,999. If we look at the specs of both the devices, it appears that Xiaomi Mi 10 also does a good job on the specs side comparing it with OnePlus 8 Pro specs for their pricings.

Notably, Mi 10 comes with a bigger 4780mAh, higher-level 108MP main camera, 20MP selfie camera, similar 90Hz AMOLED display, higher 8K video recording, and also 10W reverse wireless charging over OnePlus 8 Pro.
