Despite the expectation generated by the Resident Evil 3 Remake, the final product did not end up convincing a sector of fans, especially since this installment was preceded by the excellent Resident Evil 2 Remake.
However, the matter did not go beyond the division of opinions and in the end, the game performed well in the market and it was recently revealed that it is already considered a finished product.
Resident Evil 3 Is A “Finished Product,” Won’t Receive Additional Content
During an interview by Siliconera with Peter Fabiano, director of Resident Evil 3 Remake, the creative revealed some details about the development process. According to Fabiano, the project started 3 years ago but each team that participated in it worked separately, although they were in tune with the idea of the game and the way they would use RE Engine to make it happen.
Also, Fabiano pointed out that one of the objectives of Resident Evil 3 Remake was to make Nemesis different. As far as possible, as it was necessary due to what was achieved by the team in charge of Resident Evil 2 Remake with the Tyrant and with Mr .X.
Finally, the creative pointed out that Resident Evil 3 Remake is a finished product. So you should not expect additional content, any kind of DLC, and even update with adjustments for the gaming experience.
