Xbox Game Studios and Asobo Studio today officially announced the launch date for its upcoming simulation game Microsoft Flight Simulator. Yes, Microsoft Flight Simulator officially launches August 18, 2020. The game can also be pre-order now for Windows 10 PC and pre-install with Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) today.
Microsoft Flight Simulator comes with three editions, the Standard Edition ($59.99 USD) comes with 20 highly detailed planes with unique flight models and 30 hand-crafted airports. The Standard Edition will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta).
There is a second Deluxe Edition ($89.99 USD) that includes five additional planes with unique flight models and five additional international airports.
The third Premium Deluxe Edition ($119.99 USD) includes everything from Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard Edition. This edition includes 10 additional planes with unique flight models and 10 additional international airports.
