Moto G9 With Snapdragon 662 SoC, 48MP Camera, 5000 Battery Launched in India

Motorola today launched its new affordable Moto G9 smartphone in India priced at just Rs. 11,499. The highlight of the new Moto G9 includes a triple rear camera setup including a main 48MP sensor, Snapdragon 662 SoC, 5000 mAh battery with 22W TourboPower fast charging and a 6.5 inch Max Vision HD+ display.

Moto G9 Specifications and Features

Moto G9 some with a 6.5 inch Max Vision HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio to give you maximum viewing experience on your device. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage that can also be expanded over up to 512GB via a micro SD card.

The new Moto G9  runs on the latest Android 10 update that is said to provide you with a near stock-Android experience on your device. With the Moto G9, you also get a dedicated Google Assistant button located on the side of the phone, NFC, dual-band WiFi, face recognition & fingerprint reader at the back.

The battery on the new Moto G9 is a 5000 mAh battery that comes with 22W TourboPower fast charging support. Motorola says that the battery on the Moto G9 will give you over two days of power on a single charge, making it possible to stream music for 83 hours, stream videos for 16 hours, or browse your favourite websites for 13 hours.

The Camera

On the camera side, the new Moto G9 comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a main 48MP sensor. The main camera feature includes Quad Pixel technology with 4x light sensitivity, Night Vision mode and a class-leading, large f/1.7 aperture. You also get a depth sensor and a macro camera sensor that can provide you 4X closer look to your subject than a standard lens.

Moto G9 Price and Availability in India

The new Moto G9 will be available in two colour options in India – deep Sapphire Blue and Natural Forest Green. The phone will go its first sale starting 31st August, 12 PM noon on Flipkart priced at just Rs. 11,499 INR.
