Watch Dogs: Legion Confirms Aiden Pearce As a Playable Character Post-Launch

The open-world adventure Watch Dogs: Legion, which will be released shortly, was one of the titles that were presented in detail at the Ubisoft Forward live stream. In addition, it has been confirmed that Aiden Pearce will make a comeback in the third title in the series.

As part of yesterday’s Ubisoft Forward edition, the French company presented various titles – including the open-world action-adventure Watch Dogs: Legion. As it was announced, among other things, fans of the series can look forward to seeing an old friend again.

We’re talking about Aiden Pearce, who starred as the main character in the original 2014 Watch Dogs. According to today’s announcement, Aiden will find his way into the game after the release in the form of a paid DLC, which by the way is part of the Season Pass.

Fresh impressions were also published on the game of Watch Dogs: Legion itself. A video published today introduces you to the system with which you can recruit new characters in the world of the open-world title and thus strengthen the resistance against the dictatorial regime.

Here are the game’s key features:

  1. Play As Anyone – Each character has their own backstory, personality, and skill set—all of which comes into play as you personalize your team. Swap between characters as you explore an open world online with friends. Enjoy free updates of new modes, rewards, and themed events.
  2. Take Back London – Explore a massive urban open world and visit London’s many famous landmarks – including Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Camden, Piccadilly Circus, or the London Eye.
  3. Play Your Way – A brand-new melee system and a wide range of weapons and abilities means that the way you approach combat has real consequences. If you use non-lethal force, the enemy will attempt to subdue and arrest you. If you shoot to kill, you risk having your characters permanently killed.
  4. Get The Gang Together – Giving London back to the people doesn’t have to be some heroic solo jaunt, ya know. Bring the fight online to join forces with up to three friends as you take on entirely new co-op missions and challenging end-game content.

Watch Dogs: Legion will be released on October 29, 2020, for Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. In addition, the two next-generation consoles, the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 will be given technically adapted implementations for the launch.
