Nvidia Launches Mid-Range RTX 3060 Ti Graphic Card, Coming December 2

Nvidia today launched its new mid-range GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphic card, the first member of the RTX 3060 family. The new RTX 3060 Ti GPU will be available starting December 2nd for an affordable $399 price tag. Nvidia claims that the new RTX 3060 Ti GPU is faster than the $699 priced RTX 2080 SUPER and also beats the RTX 2060 SUPER by an average of 40%.

Nvidia says that this is possible because of NVIDIA’s Ampere Architecture, which features 2nd Generation Ray Tracing Cores, 3rd Generation Tensor Cores for AI, and critically acclaimed tech like NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and NVIDIA Broadcast.

In other words, the new GeForce RTX 3060 Ti features the same powerful features as the recently launched GeForce RTX 30 Series does. Notably, the new GPU includes 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a 256-bit memory interface.

The card is clocked at 1410Mhz, with a boost clock of 1665Mhz. The GPU also includes 4,864 CUDA cores with a boost clock of 1.67GHz and a base clock of 1.41GHz, 152 Tensor cores, 38-second generation Ray Tracing cores, and 152 texture units. a base clock of 1410Mhz, and a boost clock of 1665Mhz. GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Price and Availability

The new GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphic card will be available on December 2, 2020, for an affordable $399 price. Also, the new GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPUs come bundled with a one-year GeForce NOW Founders membership, available to both existing or new members.

Nvidia also recommends downloading the latest GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Game Ready Driver set to release on December 2nd to unlock the full potential of the new GPU.
