Vivo India today launched its new Vivo Y20G midrange smartphone in the Indian market. The Vivo Y20G comes as a fresh new model in the Vivo Y series of phones. The new device comes with a similar design pattern that we see in most of today’s mid-range smartphones.
Vivo Y20G is priced at Rs. 14,990 for the only 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The phone will go on sale in Obsidian Black and Purist Blue colour options starting today through Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo India e-Store, Paytm, Tata Cliq, and across all major offline retail stores in the country.
Vivo Y20G sports a triple rear camera setup at the back and at the front it has a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS display that also has a waterdrop notch for the front camera.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Vivo has launched the new Vivo Y20G only in a single 6GB RAM + 128GB variant. It runs on Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 on top
The triple rear camera setup includes a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. Upfront, the phone has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies.
The phone also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. Notably, the new Vivo Y20G follows the recent launch of Vivio devices including the Vivo Y12s, Vivo Y51A, and Vivo Y20A. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
