Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 Changelogs Detailed

The new patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 should appear this month. CD Projekt RED revealed in a recently published blog post that adjustments will be made to the game as a result.

Polish video game developer CD Projekt RED today announced some of the innovations that will be introduced with the new patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077. For this purpose, a short video was uploaded, which was held in the style of a news broadcast.

Above all, the search system is to be improved. Cyberpunk 2077 players might have heard many times that the police are immediately after you for any type of crime. The developers know about it and have been working on it for a long time. In the future, the police officers should no longer appear directly behind you and need longer to react to your crimes. A flying drone is also to be introduced.

Since the release, there have been occasional jerks during a ride. This is supposed to be due to a code that cannot cope with a drastic fluctuation in the frame rate. This problem should also be resolved by the new patch.

In addition, some cars are being revised, including the launch vehicle. Sometimes the car gets stuck on objects in the area, such as a curb. The so-called unstuck feature will allow you to rock the vehicle back and forth while you press the accelerator pedal.

Two other changes are dedicated to the PC version. A steering slider is to be added and evasive action when a button is pressed twice is to be prevented.

The 1.2 patch should actually be released in February. But because the new update is supposed to exceed the previous patches, a little more time was needed. Today the developers gave you an outlook on the upcoming improvements.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available for PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC. The next-gen upgrades for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be released during the second half of the year. As soon as we have more news about Patch 1.2, we will inform you about it immediately.
