  • Back out of settings, back to the Home Screen of your PlayStation 5.
  • Launch Horizon Forbidden West.
  • When the title screen loads, select “Import Game From Playstation®4”.
  • Select your chosen Save Game to import.
  • When the import is complete, the save game will automatically load.
