During the Diablo 4 Xbox & Bethesda Games showcase, Blizzard revealed details on the game’s fifth class: the Necromancer. This class is one of the franchise’s staples and is expected to have more customization options than previous entries. The Necromancer’s signature ability, Book of the Dead, will let players customize undead armour. It will also give players a choice between two kinds of undead armour: the skeletal version and the skeleton one.
The latest trailer for Diablo 4 shows off the newest playable class Necromancer. The Necromancer in Diablo 4 will have the ability to summon skeletons and other ghoulies for battle, and will join the Barbarian, Rogue, Sorceress, and Druid as playable classes. Despite its name, the game’s open world will be familiar to fans of the Diablo series.
The presentation also mentioned the endgame content. This content will be available once players have completed the main story. Players can unlock dungeons after defeating Lilith and unlock items that can only be obtained in the endgame. Despite all the details, the release date for Diablo 4 has been confirmed to be released sometime in 2023. But it’s still unknown when exactly the game will hit the market.
Earlier this year, Blizzard revealed the fifth Diablo IV class, the Necromancer. This new class allows players to summon undead minions and manipulate the forces of darkness to subjugate the living. Additionally, the trailer revealed the game’s nonlinear progression and cross-play.
