According to a reliable leaker on Twitter, the RTX 4070 Ti will launch on January 5, 2023. To recall, NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is the new name of the GeForce RTX 4080 12GB graphics card which Nvidia announced to unlaunch last month. It’s a mid-range GPU with 12GB of GDDR6X VRAM and a 192-bit memory bus.
The GPU’s 76 RT Cores and 240 CUDA Cores should enable it to offer great performance. It will also have a TDP of 285W and an RTX memory bandwidth of 504 GB/s. The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti will be priced at around the same price as the RTX 4080 in Malaysia.
The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti will follow the GeForce RTX 4080 and RTX 4070, so it is expected to launch in January 2023. The GeForce RTX 4070 will launch with the same specifications as the GeForce RTX 4080, which is expected to cost around $900.
The GeForce RTX 4080 Ti will also feature 12GB of GDDR6X memory, and the two cards will be priced similarly. The RTX 4070 Ti is expected to feature a 24% to 30% performance boost over the 12GB model.
The RTX 40-series is already doing quite well in the market for online retailers. However, the supply of the cards has been so limited that resellers are charging premium prices for them. The prices of older RTX cards are also rising.
The RTX 4070 Ti will feature 7680 CUDA cores and 12GB GDDR6X memory. The memory bus is 192-bit and runs at 21Gbps. The new graphics card is expected to require 285W of power.
