Returnal Launch Set for PC on February 15, 2023

Returnal is an action-packed third-person shooter game from Housemarque. The game was released for the PlayStation 5 on April 30, 2021, along with a future PC release window for 2023. Now, the official PC release date for Returnal has been confirmed for February 15, 2023.

Returnal features ray tracing and reflections. To support this, a high-end GPU is needed. For a ray tracing 4K resolution, you need an Intel i9-11900K CPU, Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti, or AMD Ryzen 9 5900X.

The game’s PC version will also include Dolby Atmos audio and NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR. These features allow players to boost framerates without compromising resolution. You can also choose to use NVIDIA’s NIS system, which adds an extra performance boost.

Returnal on PC will also feature support for keyboard and mouse controls, as well as DualSense controllers. A DualSense controller allows players to adjust triggers and haptic feedback.

Returnal PC System Requirements

As with the PlayStation version, the PC version of Returnal will support ray-traced shadows, reflections, and a 5.1 surround sound system. This will allow players to enjoy the game’s impressive visual effects.

Talking about the game. Returnal is set in an alien world. The game centers on outer-space explorer Selene Vassos. She gets trapped in a time loop and must fight through unpredictable environmental conditions.

Selene’s character is able to regenerate enemies, equipment and environments. In addition, the game is designed to be extremely replayable. Every time you die, the environment changes, and new challenges are introduced. A variety of weapons and equipment systems will allow players to modify their playstyle.

Returnal also features a procedural world, along with a fast-paced, action-packed gameplay. Players will also be able to learn and unlock new abilities. During their journey, players will encounter roguelike challenges, and will be able to participate in co-op mode.
