MIUI Beta Version Based on Android 14 Now Available for Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 12T Users

Xiaomi, the renowned smartphone manufacturer, has announced the release of the first wave of MIUI beta version based on Android 14 for select models. This beta version is now available for Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 12T users, allowing them to experience the latest features and improvements offered by the updated operating system.

However, it’s important to note that only a limited number of users will be able to participate in the beta testing. Each model will recruit a maximum of 2000 users on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, interested individuals are encouraged to apply promptly to secure their spot in the beta testing program.

To ensure a smooth testing process, Xiaomi has provided some guidelines for the beta testers. It is mandatory for users to back up their data before upgrading to the beta ROM.

Additionally, testers should be prepared to visit their local Xiaomi Service Center if their devices cannot be turned on after the update. This will help address any potential issues and provide necessary assistance to the testers.

Before applying for the beta program, users must carefully read and understand the following information. Xiaomi will not send any recruitment notices after the application, and all OTA release notifications will be shared through the Telegram Channel provided.

To receive OTA updates, it is essential for devices to be on MIUI Global Stable ROM at the time of recruitment. Applicants must fill in all the required details accurately, especially their Mi Account information.

Interested users can apply for the MIUI beta version by visiting the following link: MIUI Beta Application. It is highly recommended to join the Telegram Group for further updates and community discussions: MIUI Beta Telegram Group.

To check the installed MIUI ROM version on their devices, users can follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Settings” and select “About phone.”
  2. Look for the version information, which is indicated by the character displayed in a red circle. “MI” denotes the Global Version, followed by the version number (e.g., 11.X.X.X).

Xiaomi emphasizes that all applications will undergo a review process, and permission will be granted to selected participants. This ensures the quality and integrity of the beta testing program.

This exciting opportunity allows Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 12T users to get an early taste of the MIUI beta version based on Android 14, contributing to the development and refinement of the operating system.
