On December 29 last year, Oppo released the very first public beta version of its Android-based operating system ColorOS 6.0 for the OPPO R15 Dream Mirror Edition in China. Now on the first of day of 2019, on January 1st, Oppo has started rolling out the ColorOS 5.2.1 Update for the OPPO R15 and OPPO R15 Dream Mirror Edition.
The ColorOS 5.2.1 Update for the OPPO R15 and OPPO R15 Dream Mirror Edition brings a ton of new features including Hyper Boost, AI assistant to scan words, Smart Car mode and many more. The full update changelog can be found on the official site here.
The update will be rolling out in batches, so it might take a few more days to reach on your device. If you don’t want to wait for the OTA, you can download the update for the OPPO R15 and for the OPPO R15 Dream Mirror Edition from the instructions given here.
The update weigh around 2037MB in size for the R15 and 2119MB for the Dream Mirror Edition.
