Google has now officially announced that it will launch its all-new mid-range Pixel lineup of devices called the Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL on May 7 during its Google I/O annual developers conference. It looks like the two phones will also make their way to India a day after its global launch on May 8 via Flipkart. The official landing page for the Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL is also live now on the Flipkart. However, the landing page on the Flipkart only says ‘Know More on 8th May’.
The two upcoming Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL models have also received the Bluetooth SIG certification ahead of its official launch. However, the listing only revealed that both the upcoming Pixel models will come with Bluetooth 5.0 running on Android 9.0 Pie.
As for the specifications, Google Pixel 3a is expected to feature a 5.6-inch Full HD+ display and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC, coupled with 4GB RAM. While the bigger Google Pixel 3a XL is said to feature a 6-inch Full HD+ display with the slightly improved Snapdragon 710 chipset.
The Pixel 3a XL is expected to come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. In terms of optics, both phones are said to retain the camera sensors of the original Pixel 3 models.
