Motorola One Macro

Motorola today launched its new budget smartphone the Motorola One Macro in India priced at just Rs. 9,999. The Motorola One Macro will be available in India for purchase especially via Flipkart starting 12th October midnight. The key highlights of the new newly launched Motorola One Macro include a 13MP + 2MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup, and an 8MP selfie camera placed on the waterdrop notch on the front. Other highlights include a 6.2-inch HD+ Display, 4000 mAh Battery, USB-C Port.

The Motorola One Macro comes with 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal storage which can also be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. There is also a fingerprint reader at the back and the phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 SoC.

The good thing about the Motorola One Macro is that Motorola has given a USB-C Port to get the phone’s 4000 mAh charged quickly with a 10W Rapid Charger included in the box.

The Motorola One Macro supports dual micro SIM with a Hybrid Sim Slot. There are also some other useful features such as OTG support, Quick Charging, FM Radio, and Mali-G72 900MHz GPU.

What I didn’t like on this phone is the display resolution and the SoC. The phone only comes with an HD+ display with a resolution of 1520 x 720 Pixels but not a 1920 x 1080p full HD display. Look wise, the new Motorola One Macro looks quite nice compared to the other moto devices in this price range.
