HMD Global on Thursday launched four new devices ranging from the budget and affordable Nokia 5310 feature phone to its first 5G flagship Nokia 8.3 5G phones. The new range of Nokia smartphones includes the new Nokia 5310, Nokia 1.3, Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 8.3 5G Phones. You can check the specs details for each phone below.
Nokia 5310
The new Nokia 5310, is a new feature that features a traditional so-called “candybar” phone design from the originally launched Nokia 5310 from 2007.
The phone only supports 2G network and is powered by Nokia Series 30+ operating system. The new Nokia 5310 as its biggest highlight includes FM radio and music player coupled with dedicated music buttons and powerful dual front-facing speakers.
The phone supports dual sim card and will be available in White/Red, Black/Red Colors options. The phone also has a rear-facing VGA camera with a flash and 1200 mAh removable battery.
Nokia 1.3
The new Nokia 1.3 is an affordable Android 10 (Go edition) phone that comes featuring a 5.71-inch display and a Snapdragon 250 processor. The phone features a single 8-megapixel rear camera and also includes Google’s new Camera Go app. The phone also has a dedicated side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Nokia 1.3 also features 3.5MM headphone jack and USB Type-C port.
It has a 5.71” HD+ selfie notch display and packs a removable 3000 mAh battery with 5W charging. The phone also has a dedicated Google Assistant button and sports an 8MP rear camera with AI low-light enhancement and a 5MP front selfie camera. The has 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The Nokia 1.3 is expected to go on sale starting in April and will be available in Cyan, Charcoal, Sand color options.
Nokia 5.3
The new Nokia 5.3 comes as a successor to the Nokia 5.1 ad features a 6.55-inch display and quad rear camera setup. The phone comes powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 SoC paired with 3/4/6 GB RAM variants. The best thing about the new Nokia 5.3 is that the phone comes running on the latest Android 10 update with up to 3 years of software updates.
The camera setup for the Nokia 5.3 includes a 13MP f/1.8 + 2MP depth sensor + 5MP ultra-wide + 2 MP Macro with flash. While the phone has an 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera. Further, the phone has 64GB internal storage with expandable support up to 512GB. The phone will be available in Cyan, Sand, Charcoal colors option.
Nokia 8.3 5G
Finally, we have the new Nokia 8.3, Nokia’s first 5G flagship Phone of 2020. The new Nokia 8.3 5G as main highlights include a 6.81” FHD+ PureDisplay, 5G network support, latest Android 10, Snapdragon 765G SoC coupled with 6GB and 8GB LPDDR 4x RAM and the PureView quad-camera setup with 64 MP sensor, 12 MP sensor with an ultra-wide lens, 2 MP depth sensor and 2 MP sensor with a macro lens. The rear camera setup also features Dual high CRI Rear flash.
There is a 24MP hole-punch selfie camera at the front. The phone has a 4500 mAh with 9V/2A charging. The phone also features a 3.5 mm headphone jack, FM radio receiver (headset required) and OZO audio. The new Nokia 8.3 5G will be available in only a single Polar Night color option.
