DOOM Eternal PC Only Update 1.1 Patch Notes Released, Removes Denuvo Anti-Cheat and More

Bethesda has relaesed the latest DOOM Eternal Update 1.1 patch notes for PC. Notably, the DOOM Eternal PC only 1.1 patch update is now live and as its main highlight, it removes the Removed Denuvo Anti-Cheat integration from the PC version of the game. DOOM Eternal update 1.1 also brings fixes to memory-related crashes and crashes associated with customizable skins.

According to the patch notes, players can use Windows add/remove programs to uninstall Denuvo Anti-Cheat from the PC.

Removed Denuvo Anti-Cheat integration

  • Use Windows add/remove programs to uninstall Denuvo Anti-Cheat

Fixes for PC Only

  • Fixed several crashes associated with customizable skins
  • Fixed memory-related crashes affecting some users
  • Reverted a VRAM allocation change that caused some users to experience degraded performance with Update 1
