Thanks to a leak, we recently got off more information regarding Far Cry 6. As we can see from the image below, which will be the cover of the game, we find Giancarlo Esposito in the company of a child.
As suggested by the rumors a few days ago, the famous actor of the Breaking Bad series will play the role of the main villain in the title. According to the published leak, Fary Cry 6 in question should release on our shelves and digitally on February 18, 2021, both on PS4 and PS5.
Furthermore, mention is made of the possibility of upgrading from the digital version for PS4 to that of PS5 completely free of charge. In addition to console-related issues, a little hint of plot is revealed to us.
In fact, the game will be set in Yara, a tropical paradise where Anton Castillo, played by Giancarlo Esposito, together with his son Diego will try to bring the nation back to its glorious past through very violent revolutionary methods.
We have no other information than the ones just reported. Now we just have to wait for the Ubisoft event to be held on July 12 to receive more information on both the next chapter of Far Cry and other titles of the French software house. We also remind you that, on the occasion of the event, there will be the possibility to redeem Watch Dogs 2 for free.
Far Cry 6 will be available on PlayStation 4 on February 18, 2021. We imagine that it will be the same for Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
