Cowcotland reports that Radeon RX 6700 series will feature Navi 22 GPU with up to 40 Compute Units (2560 SPs). The Radeon RX 6700 is also expected to come with 12GB GDDR6 memory attached to a 192-bit memory bus.

As we can see in the picture that leaked months ago, the upcoming AMD Radeon RX 6700 series graphic card could come with a dual-fan cooler design and up to two 8-pin power connectors with a PCIe Gen4 interface.

Earlier, the Radeon RX 6700 series was expected to launch at a sooner date sometimes in January or at the end of the month. Reports suggest that the reason AMD has pushed the release date a little further is that NVIDIA also has plans to launch its GA106-based model GPUs in January.
