Galaxy Fold Started Receiving Android 11 Based One UI 3.0 Update

Samsung Galaxy Fold has started receiving the latest software update that brings One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 to the device. SamMobile reports that the latest update is now rolling out in France and the UAE for the LTE variant and in the UK and Switzerland for the 5G variant.

According to the report, the update comes with firmware version F900FXXU4DUA1 for the LTE variant and F907BXXU4DUA1 for the 5G variant.

Samsung Galaxy Fold users in France and the UAE can now update their Galaxy Fold device by heading to their phone’s Settings, Software Update, and then download and install.

To recall, Samsung earlier last month revealed the Android 11 One UI 3.0 update roadmap for several of its galaxy devices which will be receiving the update through the year. As per the roadmap, the Android 11 based on One UI 3.0 update is expected to be available in India in January for the Galaxy Fold users. However, there is no evidence of the update as yet.
