Many players are waiting for the release of the Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.2. A recent Twitter message from the CD Projekt developers indicates that it won’t be too long.
CD Projekt put down the crash of the year with the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 last year. The console versions came on the market in poor condition and caused an unusual step for Sony. The game was banned from the PlayStation Store. A new publication has not yet taken place. However, the developers are striving to improve Cyberpunk 2077.
Part of this plan is the release of the Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.2. And it seems like it won’t be long to wait for deployment. CD Projekt announced on Twitter this week that the update in question is currently being tested, so the actual development seems to have been completed. A launch date was initially not mentioned.
The wording says: “The update is currently being tested and we will be sharing patch notes ahead of its release, so you know what’s coming. Stay tuned for more info”
While the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 was a few months ago, the shareholders seem to be losing confidence in the company. With a share price of EUR 46.20, a new low was reached in relation to the past few months. In December it was up to 100 euros per share. The new price roughly corresponds to the security price from the beginning of 2019.
Cyberpunk 2077 is available for PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC. The next-gen upgrades for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S should follow in the course of the second half of the year. As soon as there is more news about Patch 1.2, we will let you know.
