Nvidia has finally launched its two new graphics cards under the highly powerful RTX 30 series. We have already talked about the RTX 3080 in the past including its leaks on the pictures and performance of the RTX 3080. We also saw the first real image of Gigabyte AORUS RTX 3080 Ti Extreme that appeared last year a few hours after the launch of the AMD Radeon RX 6800 GPU.
Coming back to the new GPUs, Nvidia has launched the new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphic cards.
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti or RTX 3080Ti Specifications
The new GeForce RTX 3080Ti is said to run games 2X faster than the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, and 1.5X faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti at 4K. With more CUDA Cores and G6X memory, the new RTX 3080 Ti is 1.5X is also faster than the previous-gen GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.
Based on NVIDIA Ampere architecture, the new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti features 3rd gen Tensor Cores for amazing DLSS performance boosts, 2nd gen RT Cores to accelerate ray tracing, and the latest streaming multiprocessors to turbocharge traditional games.
The GPU includes 12GB of superfast GDDR6X memory and comes with full support for Nvidia’s G-SYNC, NVIDIA Reflex, and NVIDIA Broadcast technology. The new card also comes with Nvidia’s ray tracing and DLSS tech that enhances the game even further.
Notably, Nvidia Ray Tracing and DLSS have already been available to several games including Metro Exodus, Death Stranding, Wolfenstein: Youngblood. And now the tech also comes to id Software and Bethesda Softworks’ DOOM Eternal launched last year.

Nvidia also announced that DLSS is also coming to Red Dead Redemption 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Icarus, LEGO Builder’s Journey, DYING: 1983, The Ascent, and The Persistence.
GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Specifications
Coming to the second GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphic card. The new GPU is said to boost performance with more CUDA Cores and our super-speed GDDR6X memory. This includes a 1.5X performance improvement versus the previous-gen GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, and a 2X improvement over the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti.
Nvidia has said that GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards will also have the halved hash rate for Ethereum mining. Similar to the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU also supports DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and NVIDIA Broadcast technology.
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Graphic Cards Price and Availability
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti availability will begin on June 3rd starting at $1199, and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti June 10th starting at $599.
Both GPUs will be available for purchase as custom boards — including stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models — from top add-in card providers such as ASUS, Colorful, EVGA, Gainward, Galax, Gigabyte, INNO3D, MSI, Palit, PNY and Zotac.
