Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition Release Date and Gameplay Trailer and More

Last month we reported that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition was rated in South Korea. Now, Rockstar Games have officially announced that the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will launch on November 11 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and the Rockstar Games Launcher. Rockstar Games have released a new trailer for the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy featuring all the three classic Grand Theft Auto games.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition Price

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition will cost $60/£55. The GTA Trilogy is now available for preorder from https://store.rockstargames.com.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Release Date, Preorder, and Platforms

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will be available digitally on November 11, 2021, through the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store on Xbox, Nintendo eShop, and the Rockstar Games Launcher, with select physical releases on December 7.

The physical version of the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch, will release on December 7, 2021.

Players will also be able to experience Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition with Xbox Game Pass starting November 11.

Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition will be available on PlayStation Now starting December 7.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition Upgrades and Enhancements

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition features GTAV-inspired modern controls, plus across-the-board visual enhancements such as resolution upgrades and improved visual fidelity across the world.

The trilogy also features wide-ranging modern control upgrades, including improvements to targeting and lock-on aiming, updated Weapon and Radio Station Wheels, updated Mini-Maps with enhanced navigation allowing players to set waypoints to destinations, updated Achievements, Trophies, and more.

The Nintendo Switch version also features Switch-specific controls including Gyro aiming, as well as touch screen camera zooming, pans, and menu selections. While the PC version includes support for NVIDIA DLSS and additional new Accomplishments feature via the Rockstar Games Social Club.

All the three upgraded versions included in the trilogy will also feature a completely rebuilt lighting system; improved shadows, weather, and reflections; upgraded character and vehicle models; along with new higher resolution textures across buildings, weapons, roads, interiors, and more.
