AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 Graphics Cards Announced

During the 2022 Product Premiere livestream event, AMD unveiled new products under the AMD Radeon graphics portfolio. During the live stream, AMD announced new power-efficient, high-performance mobile APUs for premium and thin-and-light laptops, and new Desktop Graphics Cards including the AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards.

Both the new GPUs are said to deliver 1080p gaming experiences for popular AAA and esports titles to more gamers than ever before. Both the new GPUs are based on AMD’s breakthrough RDNA 2 gaming architecture that offers high-bandwidth, low-latency AMD Infinity Cache memory technology with high-speed GDDR6 memory.

Both the Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards also support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft DirectX 12 Ultimate, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) upscaling technology, and other advanced features that provide visually stunning, high-refresh-rate gaming experiences.

The AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card delivers up to 35 percent faster gaming performance on average in 1080p resolution with high settings. While the AMD Radeon RX 6400 graphics card is designed to offer incredible 1080p gaming in OEM systems.

Also, both the GPUs are made using the using 6nm process technology for exceptional performance and power efficiency. Both the AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards are said to bring incredible gameplay and advanced AMD Radeon features to legions of new and existing PC gamers.

AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards price and availability

The new AMD Radeon RX 6000 series RX 6500 XT graphics card will be available beginning January 19, 2022, for a SEP of $199 USD.

While the Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards will be available beginning in 1H 2022 from AMD board partners including ASRock, ASUS, BIOSTAR, Gigabyte, MSI, PowerColor, SAPPHIRE, XFX, and Yeston at global retailers/retailers.
